Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it in salt.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Enjoy!

Blackcurrant Gin
Ingredients

Ice

1/2 oz lime juice
-
1 1/2 oz Western Style gin

2 oz Cassimix
-
1 egg white
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake once without ice.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled and slightly frothy.
Strain into a glass.
Fruity cocktail made with Western Style gin, blackcurrant Cassimix and a smooth frothy texture.
Blueberry Sangria
Ingredients (single serving)

1/2 cup blueberry wine (Sans Raisin)

1/4 cup sparkling water
-
1/2 cup orange or tropical juice
-
1 1/2 oz BlüMix or Cassimix
Garnish

Citrus slices
-
Fresh blueberries
Instructions
Fill a glass with ice.
Add the blueberry wine, juice and BlüMix or Cassimix.
Add the sparkling water and gently stir.
Garnish with citrus slices and fresh blueberries.
